We are located at 53725 NC Hwy 12, Frisco, NC 27953, oceanfront on Hatteras Island.

We are open March 1 through mid-December each year.

Yes! We offer oceanfront RV sites as well as non-oceanfront sites. Oceanfront availability and rates varies by season.

We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stays for our RV sites.

Our resort features 184 RV sites and 4 cabins.

6 guests max per RV site. All guests must be included in the reservation.

Yes. The base rate includes 2 people, and additional guests are $3 per person, per night.
Ages 13+ are adults and 12 and under are children.

Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons and holidays. Holiday stays require a minimum of 3 nights.

Yes. Holiday stays include an additional $10 per night and require a minimum stay.

No. Tents are not permitted on RV sites (including to accommodate additional visitors).

Rates vary by season and site type.

• Oceanfront RV Sites: $90–$100 per night
• Non-Oceanfront RV Sites: $75–$85 per night
• Cabins: $150 per night

Holiday stays are $10 more per night with a 3-night minimum. Rates are subject to seasonal changes.

Applicable state and local taxes will be applied to cabin rentals.

All reservations and payments are processed securely online through our reservation system.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Late arrivals are welcome.

After-hours check-in packages will be available on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.

Check-out is 12:00 PM, with flexibility for early departures.

Check-out means your campground site must be vacated and free of all trash and belongings by no later than 12pm. Late departures are subject to additional fees.

We ask that you honor our check-out time promptly to minimize hardship on our staff and the next arriving guests.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly resort.

Yes. Pets are $3 per night, per pet, with a maximum of 4 pets per site or cabin.

Yes. All pets must be disclosed and included at the time of booking.

Yes. One cabin is designated pet-free.

10AM-6PM Daily unless posted otherwise.

Please place all garbage in the designated dumpster. Please keep your campsite and the beach clean by cleaning up litter.

Each site includes one vehicle.

We have a strict cancellation policy:
14+ days before arrival: 100% refund
7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund
0–6 days before arrival: no refund

Reservations cannot be resold and must be canceled and released within Roverpass. Attempts to resell reservations will be flagged and cancelled by the Frisco Oceanfront RV Park and Roverpass team. Names of guests arriving must match the name on the reservation, no exceptions.

We allow gas and electric grills. Charcoal grills are prohibited.

We do allow golf carts inside the RV park. However, NC State law requires golf carts to be street legal and have a license plate in order to drive on Highway 12.

Smoking is not allowed in the bath house. Do not throw your tobacco butts on the ground. Please be courteous of neighbors not desiring exposure to dangerous secondhand smoke.

Yes, we allow outside food and drink during the daytime pool use, no glass please.

Bonfires are prohibited in the RV park, but you are welcome to have a bonfire on the nearby beach. Make sure to keep the fire within the high tide line and get an NPS permit.

The American Flag, State Flags, current U.S. Military flags, and Sport Teams flags are the only flags allowed to fly. No other flags are permitted.

Both are Prohibited on park property including Airsoft and pellet guns. Federal Law prohibits firework use or display in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
